1. 100% Money Back Guarantee / Refund Policy
We take pride in our quality. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, you may return the product within 3 days of delivery for a full refund.
- Refunds will be processed via Bank Transfer, JazzCash, or EasyPaisa.
- The product must be in its original, unused condition with all brand tags and packaging intact.
2. Exchange Policy
You can exchange your item within 7 days of receiving your parcel under the following conditions:
- Change of Mind: If you wish to change the design or size, we offer a hassle-free exchange.
- Defective/Wrong Item: If the product sent is damaged, faulty, or different from what you ordered, we will replace it immediately.
- Note: Items must be unwashed, unworn, and have the original tags attached.
3. Shipping & Handling Charges
- Our Fault: If Bishrah sends a damaged or incorrect item, we will cover all return shipping costs and deliver the replacement for free.
- Customer Choice: For exchanges due to size issues or a change of mind, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
4. Important Terms
- Stitched Articles: Once a suit is stitched (customized), it cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Sale Items: Items purchased on “Sale” or during promotions are only eligible for exchange if they are found to be defective.
- Proof of Purchase: Please ensure the original sales invoice is included with your return.
5. Order Cancellation
Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placement. Once an order has been dispatched from our warehouse, it cannot be canceled.
